Using this site

You are welcome to browse, share and link to anything here. Please do not scrape the site at volume, attempt to interfere with the ordering endpoints, or use the content to imply we endorse something we do not.

Menu, prices and availability

We keep the menu and prices here as accurate as we can, but the definitive menu and price is the one in the shop at the moment you order. Items sell out, especially the squares late in the evening, and prices change.

Photographs and descriptions are indicative. If something matters to you, an ingredient, a portion size, a dietary need, call us before ordering and we will tell you exactly what is in it.

Orders and payment

This website does not take orders. Orders are placed by phone or at the counter, and an order is confirmed when we confirm it with you.

We prepare food to order. If we cannot fulfil an order, an ingredient has run out, the kitchen is backed up, or the shop is closing, we will contact you on the number you gave us and refund you in full.

We offer pickup and dine-in only. We do not deliver, and we are not responsible for orders placed through third-party delivery apps that list us without our involvement.

Cancellations and refunds

Call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If we have not started making your order we will refund it in full. Once a pie is in the oven we cannot un-bake it, but call us anyway and we will do what we reasonably can.

If something is wrong with your order, tell us the same day and we will replace it or refund it.

Allergens

Our kitchen is small and handles wheat, dairy, nuts and pork on shared surfaces and shared equipment. We offer gluten-free and vegan options, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free from cross-contact.

If you have a serious allergy, please call (347) 809-4195 before ordering so we can talk it through honestly.

The name, branding, photography and written content on this site belong to Austin Street Pizza. Quotations from published reviews remain the property of their publishers and are reproduced here as short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute falls to the courts of Queens County, New York.
